Asteroid Base: Blackmount Orbital

A new asteroid base in the HIP 17692 system has recently been deployed. This week sees the CG for a new outpost for the fed’s use the new base. It’s owned by the faction known as PRE – the same faction that holds the permit for HIP 22460 which is a place of high importance.
