- Outbreak system
- Convoy Beacon
- Scan Haulage Vessels
Outbreak
- Filter the galaxy map to only show OUTBREAK systems.
- Jump into system
- Check Navigation Panel for CONVOY BEACONS
- Drop into the beacon and scan T9, T6 and Hauler vessels
I found a Military system in Outbreak and got over 20 Classified Scan Databanks :
