INRA Base Hollis Gateway

Hollis Gateway, an INRA base has been found in the system Hermitage, on the surface of planet 4 A.

INRA was responsible for creating the MyCoid virus which eventually wiped out the Thargoids.

This base is abandoned and by the looks of it, destroyed. It looks like there is evidence of the MyCoid virus here. The logo of the bio hazard is on the containers strewn about the place. I assume it’s the MyCoid virus logo or perhaps the logo used by INRA for the incapacitating agent.

INRA

The Intergalactic Naval Reserve Arm was a Federation and Empire cooperative. It’s primary purpose was to develop technologies to defeat the Thargoids.

Mycoid virus was developed and delivered to the Thargoid homeworld by a courageous INRA pilot. The virus destroyed the Thargoid’s organic hyperdrives, halting them in their tracks and excluding them from hyperspace travel. The scattered pockets of Thargoid infestation were systematically eliminated.
