For some reason the Interstellar Factors Contact is called Broker Network on the galaxy map. In order to find interstellar factors contact dotted around the universe you need to do the following :
To find them, open the galaxy map and set the filter to “Security” and keep only “Low” security, then move the minimal population counter up a bit to remove stars that do not have a starport in them. Remaining systems should have an interstellar factor.
