Another abandoned settlement. No signs of life. It seems an exploration team were sent out here to repair the beacons. On scanning the data up-link it eludes to a disgruntled engineer that worked this site.
There are engineer materials here and a data access point, which once scanned gives you a nice big payout and some engineer data.
